Recovery 2 Performance is led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 10 years of experience helping people move better, recover from injury, and improve performance.

With a background in strength and conditioning and a focus on golf performance, the approach combines evidence-based training with real-world application.

After improving personal golf performance from a 12 to a 5 handicap, the focus is now on helping others achieve the same results.
